I have worked with Schmeling construction on a number of projects over the years and have found their work to be of high quality and their approach to be very customer service friendly.
Most recently, Schmeling Construction was selected as the contractor for the renovation of Crusader Clinic on Broadway, which includes a build-out of the third floor into a 12-exam room medical clinic. In addition, this project includes significant HVAC upgrades and a number of exterior improvements. This project, which is nearing completion, is being delivered on-time and within budget. Other projects that I have worked with Schmeling include the construction of the Crusader Clinic – Belvidere facility and renovations to the second floor at Crusader Clinic on West State Street.
During all of these projects, I have been impressed with Schmeling Construction’s integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition, I have found Schmeling to be committed to assuring good communication throughout their projects. The construction meetings that they have coordinated have been very thorough and informative.
